Delivery of orders and delivery charges:

• All prices include taxes in  storage.
• Self Pick-up $ 0, no other charges.
• Home Delivery price by products weight - from 19 euros.
• Postal service.
• Delivery to all EU countries by weight costs (30 - 350 EUR)



Returns and Complaints

• ordered from our shop with a normal 14-day right of return and the standard of the manufacturer / importer issued by warranty terms and conditions(Not for big size, not for all EU.)
• In case of any returns must always contact us in advance by e-mail or phone, in which case a refund will be agreed.
• To return the product the packaging must be intact and unopened. The return is a complete retail operating and error-free. Products packed in the packaging must be intact and unopened.
• We do not refund Tailor-made, producta that are ordered for the customer from the factory, or otherwise for the customer-tailored products.
